Research and Application of Distributed Intelligent NetworkReconstruction Scheme

Abstract: A new network reconstruction scheme of distribution system that adopts new V-I-T distributed intelligent scheme is introduced in this paper. The scheme is applicable to radiate or loop network of air line or cable system. Switches or switchgears are equipped the V-I-T distribute intelligent function to realize fault location, fault isolation and service restoration automatically without communication, power-cut area and time are greatly decreased. With the technology of network protection, the scheme can be upgraded by virtue of communication network. The upgraded scheme will reduce short-circuit impulse, improve the speed of reconstruction, reduce power-cut area and improve the supply reliability farther.
