摘要

Equipment on-line monitoring and diagnosis is a time consuming and complex tasks,where vast amounts of static and dynamic data resources are involved. This paper describes how MAS technology,combined with intelligent systems,can be used to automate the equipment monitoring and diagnosis activities,and designs a flexible, extensible and evolutionary multi-agent architecture, integrating with Web service to realize the remote resources sharing and management functions. The agents functions and integration are described,and the ontology-based domain information model used by agents and users to exchange information and data is given. More importantly, users can interact with task management agent to dynamically configure and manage the distributed agents to fulfill their defined tasks, automating the whole monitoring processes under users control.we also discuss the agents communication over SOAP,and the system implementation issues based on Web service. Lastly, this paper hopes the more communication between IT and electric power experts in application domains.
