The Comprehensive Evaluation Indexes System and EvaluationModel of the Electricity DSM

Power DSM has played a vital role in relaxes the situation of power shortage in our country. However, its implementation has still serious restrictions. Thus, the situation of practicing DSM should be comprehensive evaluated, to find the problems and take the measures to promote the practice of DSM. The paper proposes a set of indexes system and evaluation model to make comprehensive evaluation of power DSM. By investigating the situation of DSM, setting the criteria of evaluating index, building evaluating index function by fuzzy membership degree function, give indexes weight by AHP, building comprehensive evaluating model of power DSM by fuzzy comprehensive evaluating matrix. At last, using the index system and evaluating model do trying evaluating to some area's DSM practice.
