Visualization Software for Theoretical Line Loss Analysisand Optimal Reactive Power Compensation on Towerin Radial Distribution Feeders

摘要

To analyze and compute theoretical line loss in distribution networks so as to reduce line loss by taking effective measures, based on the FORM++ graphics development platform, the software for the analysis and calculation of theoretical line loss in distribution networks and Low voltage (LV) areas and optimal reactive power compensation on tower in radial distribution feeders has been developed using VC++ language. In the software are designed the graphic elements like bus, feeder, transformer, capacitor, etc. and are realized the graphic input and output for line parameters, operating parameters and computing results and a number of algorithms needed by analysis and computation.
