摘要

In this paper application modeling techniques was used to solve waste load allocation problem with the assistance water quality management of Dalian Bay. The WAHMO numerical water quality model was applied to predict the water quality condition, the effects of different wastewater loads and the discharge stations for water quality in Dalian Bay. The simulation results established a quantitative relationship between the waste loads and the receiving coastal water quality. The simulation results indicated that the water quality could be improved evidently by decreasing land load and changing the discharge stations and the ammonia nitrogen is the ample nutrients for algal growth in the Dalian Bay.
