SURGE-FREE MEDICAL ISOLATION

摘要

This paper describes medical power isolation units that delivers clean power; surge-free,low leakage current, low stray magnetic field and low inrush current. This is achievedthrough a combination of toroidal transformer with Surge suppression circuitry, designedand built by Zero-surge Inc. The transformer is designed in such a way to be used as theseries inductor to the series-mode surge suppression circuit and at the same time toreduce the RFI /EMI noises.
