In a new approach, this paper focuses on applying software rejuvenation, using semi-Markov process and Weibull distribution function for survivability. By utilizing the rejuvenation method at the optimum time, the system has probably been tolerated from the propagating of intrusions. This method is really frustrated and deterred the attacks, having the status of attackers could not construct their steps forward. It is one of the approaches for raising the survivability level. Perhaps Software Rejuvenation could be a very effective methodology for the assumption of unknown attacks. It may possibly be used to raise the cost of attack to a discouraging level.
