Recently, risk informed regulations and applications (RIR&A) have been widely used which reduce costs by optimizing resources. One of essential RIR&A is the development of a computerized risk monitoring system which can evaluate risk in real time using plant configuration information such as inoperable equipments and environmental variables. KAERI has developed a full power risk monitoring system called DynaRM for the Korean standard nuclear power plant (NPP). As a risk monitoring system, two main modules have been developed to monitor the current risk of the plant and to assist the decision making for the maintenance schedule. This paper describes the development of DynaRM which is currently being tested in UCN 3, 4 NPPs. We expect that DynaRM will be a good advisory tool for the plant risk monitoring and maintenance scheduling.
