摘要

The gas antisolvent precipitation processes are investigated in the present study. Ethylcellu-lose-acetone is the working solution. Changing the experimental parameters, pressure, temperature, solute concentration and the flow rate of CO_2, we obtained different size microparticles with mean diameters ranging from 0.2 to 6 μm. The results show that the concentration of the solution is the key variable for the mean size of the particles, and the pressure effects strongly the particle diameter distribution range. Through this work, three kinds of gas antisolvent precipitation processes are studied at the same experimental conditions. It is found that the size of the orifice is not the most important parameter.
