Objective To study the appropriate clinical typing for SARS and seek out the early warning parameters for severe cases in order to guide early diagnosis of severe cases and apply for early treatment and reduce the fatality rate. Methods Typing the 94 clinical cases of SARS received by our hospital, who were double confirmed by the standards of clinical and serology and analyze various clinical parameters for different clinical typing. The SPSS for Window 10.0 software was used for statistics. Re-sults This typing is associated with the degree of severe condition for SARS patients. The parameters for warning severe cases are as follows: (1) the reduction degrees of absolute numbers of lymphocyte, WBC, CD3, inhibiting T cell absolute value. (2)Under oxygen supply, PO_2 is less than 80 mmHg, saturation of blood oxygen (SO_2 ) is less than 93% , the figure of oxygenation (FiO_2 ) is less than 250 mmHg; (3)The profile of myocardium enzymes change significantly, especially CKMB increases significantly with increase of BUN; (4) Heart rate is not proportional to respiratory rate; (5) two or above lobes of lungs were involved . Conclusion The above parameters can be used as early warning parameters for severe cases of SARS patients.
