摘要

Original observations obtained in a BaTiO_3:Rh waveguide are presented. The self-bending of a guided beam caused by the strong photorefractive non-linearity is observed. The response time of the phenomenon is studied in function of the injected intensity. A comparison with the results obtained in the bulk material is conducted.
