The modeling of planar multi-cell integrated reactive components based on multi-conductor generalized transmission structure theory

This paper presents the impedance modeling of multi-cell integrated passives based on the generalized multiconductor transmission structure theory. Modal analysis is used to solve the matrix equations. The MATLAB simulation results correlate well with the measurement results.
