MECHATRONICS AND DRIVE-BY-WIRE SYSTEMS ADVANCED NON-CONTACTING POSITION SENSORS

摘要

This contribution gives a brief insight in known technologies for drive-by-wire systems. Especially a non-contacting sensor for a large variety of these automotive applications is introduced. This innovative sensor measures linear and angular positions with significant advantages compared to other sensor principles. Therefore it becomes a key issue for the series introduction of drive-by-wire technologies.
