摘要

The flux of hydrocortisone from aqueous cyclodextrin solutions, unsaturated or saturated with the drug, through semi-permeable cellophane membranes show negative deviation from linearity upon increasing cyclodextrin concentration. The results indicate that complex/cyclodextrin aggregation occurs in the aqueous donor phase.
