摘要

A liposomal drug delivery system for intrathecal applications of an antivasospastic agent (Fasudil) was studied. Improvements in the therapeutic efficacy of encapsulated Fasudil, were demonstrated against cerebral ischemia and cerebral vasospasm in animal models. This new approach showed significant potential for liposomal antivasospastic agents for acute stroke.
