We considered here an accelerator having microstruetures excited by laser radiation. The gradient achievable ～1GeV/m and invariant emittance of the beam 10~(-9) cm rad with 10~6 particles per pulse and repetition rate ～kHz allows numerous applications for this type of accelerator. We discuss here some possible utilization of such a linac.
