This paper presents the Noraebang (Karaoke) service algorithm using multicasting delivery that enhances the service quality of MOD by decreasing the loads of the server and maximizes the usage of deficient network resources. The effective Noraebang service algorithm proposes the new method that stores the post-ordered reserve songs in client's buffer through another multicast channel when they are servicing for other clients' request; at the same time, pre-ordered reserve song services through unicast channel in the case of a sole song or it does through multicast channel in the case of redundant song with other clients' request. Then they are serviced directly from the buffer in the order of request, not through the network and server, after the completion of the service pre-ordered requested song. This proposed algorithm demonstrates that the more the number of the reserved songs, the more the number of the channels to be reduced greatly, and that the service can be provided at real time by using buffer The simulation results of this algorithm are confirmed that the performance of the proposed effective Noraebang service system increased significantly.
