Several methods of nonlinear wave processes in dispersive channels are discussed. The interaction of space and time effects in the processes of nonlinear evolution of wave pulse in the dispersive channels are describe by means of the nonlinear differential equation, which is identical to the Schroedinger equation in the quantum physics. The space-time evolution of the probability distributions and moments functions which are necessary for the design of optimal and suboptimal receives algorithms and also for estimation their potential and real performance are analyze.
