In this paper, we propose a camera cooperation method that can track multiple moving objects. The method assigns either monitoring or tracking role to cameras. The monitoring camera observes an entire scene and provides position information of the targets. The tracking camera tracks the target and obtains the high-resolution images of it. We dynamically change these roles to observe important targets in detail and keep tracking them. We implemented the proposed method in PCs that is connected with LAN. Experimental results show the system can track multiple moving objects in the real environment.
