ANALYSIS OF DATA COMMUNICATION NETWORKS FOR SYSTEMS OF TELECENTERS

摘要

This paper considers a technological aspect of the Information Society development. In particular, it investigates technological policy and communications infrastructure for developing and implementing tclecenters. A system of telecenters is considered as a distributed network with a telecenter in each of its nodes. So, the questions treated in this paper are related not only to the technological aspects, concerning each of the tclecenters, but also to the entire distributed communication network. The paper also emphasizes on LANs as possible communication infrastructure for telecenters.
