摘要

The gastrointestinal tract contains various immuno competent cells which are an important target for the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) (1). The presence of the virus has been identified in cells of the lamina propria (lymphocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells) (2), and in M-cells (3). Morevoer, the presence of HIV in enterocytes has been suspected (4).
