The quality of construction is vital and long lasting importance; it is concerned with the safety of human life and property. Although there are general state policy, laws, professional specification, construction management system to ensure the construction quality. However, the detailed construction management system is the most important factor to control the quality. Today, as the computer technology getting more and more widely used, construction information management with computer technology is becoming one of the most efficient ways to guarantee directly the construction quality.
