Discussion on multi-dimensional geo-visualization measurable virtual reality

This paper discusses the fundamental concepts of geo-visualization and measurable virtual reality, from the point of view of Digital Earth. Motivations and technical issues for implementing these concepts are expounded. Possible solutions are presented in the last section of this paper.
