Environmental management in construction

摘要

The use of environmentla management in the construction projects, Besides increasing the efficiency improves healthy working and socio-economic conditions. This study, which emphasizes on management of the working environment, is spread over two phases. The first phase is devoted to collection of data from 21 different Government sponsored projects regarding environmental management control for improvement in productivity of the work force which will enhance the efficiency of constructio. Whilst the second phase deals with the processing of the collected data and suggests various measuresfor recycling of waste ready mixed concrete, dust and noise control and human safety improvement for efficient completion of the projects. On the basis of the collected data, it reveals that employment of recycling of ready mixed waste concrete and its proper disposal along with pre-planned scheduling will result in efficient and economical completion of the project.
