In vies of the turbulent market conditons of the future, enterprises will need to prepare for the growing complexity of tasks deriving from an increasingly dynamic business environment. The pressure for transformation i.e. the need for adapting to market conditions is due to the market globalization and a substantially shortened half-life of available know-how, leading to a constant increase of efficient technologies. Due to the dynamism of markets, enterprises are forced to accept change as a constant business variable.
