A modle for organic surface iflms on aerosol particles and cloud droplets

摘要

Organic substances with polar groups are enriched at the air-water-interface.They can form surface films which lower the surface tension and may hinder the transport of water vapour and trace gases through the interface.This affects the physicla and chemical properteis of cloud droplets and humid aerosol particles.A model will be develoed which descries surface folms formed by n-alkanoic acids.In combination to a cloud modle and a modle for humid aerosol particles,the surface film modle cna be used to investigate the efects of surface films.
