Tropospheric air pollution oproblems and air pollution abatement in europe since 1945

摘要

Air pollution can not be regarded as a mere scrienific and technicla problem,but includes important politicla,economic,and social aspects.The social an historicla dimensions of air pollution porblems require investigation and clarification as urgently as the atmopheric processes.therefore,the foundation of a new EUROTRAC-2 subproject TRAP45 is proposed by a group of atmospheric scientists and environemtnal historians.In this pape rI will raise a number of questions which have to be adressed in the framework of TRAP 45.
