In cold clouds,gases are not only incorporate in water but also in ice.The presene of these two ocndensed water phases gretly modify the composition of the iterstitial gas phase.Quantifying the mechanisms responsible for this incorporation is needed to modle the role of mixed clouds on tropospheric chemistry and to interpret in detail chemical records from ice cores ocmin from polar ice caps or high altitude glaciers.For that purpose,both physics and chemcstry of the differnet phases of cold louds (-10 deg C) have been investigated at the Puy de Dome in the centre of Frane,1450 m elevation,in December 1997.
