An experimental design for the thermal characterization of Standard Reference Material 1450c, Fibrous Glass Board, is presented. The measurements have been conducted following a randomized full factorial experimental design with two variables, bulk density and temperature, using the National Institute of Standards and Technology's one-meter grarded hot plate apparatus. Certified values of thermal density from 150 kg/m~3 to 165 kg/m~3. Standard nucertainties for the measurements, consisten with current international guidenlines, are included.
