SINGLE CRYSTAL LASERS FOR UV AND VUV REGIONS

摘要

The results of reseach in field solid state lasers for UV and VUV region are considered. The new laser's media for short wavelengths are demonstrated. The possibility to widen of choice of laser's media for 120- 350 nm are reported. The possibles to create UV and VUV solid stae lasers are discussed.
