Optimization of small diameter 15-200 μm deep 2-20 mm holes drilling keeping hole shape less than ±10% is discussed. For this purpose the single-frequency laser system with self-phase-conjugation and passive Q-switching by scanned gradiently coloured LiF:F_2~- crystal, is used.
