Diode Side Pumped Nd: CSB-Laser

摘要

We report on performance of quasy-cw laser-diode-pumped Nd:CeSc_3(BO_3)_4-laser with high level of neodymium concentration (25 at %). An output of about 2 mJ per pulse (1062.5 nm) with an optical efficiency of 20% in a fundamental TEM_(oo)-mode was demonstrated in tree-running mode. In Q-switched operation we obtained an output of 220 μJ in a 30 ns@TEM_(oo)-mode pulses using Cr:GSGG saturable absorber.
