It is the era of globe economic integration in 21st century and enterprises must face up to be international market competition directly. Quality is the life of enterprises. Quality Management is the key element of business management. For a long time in the past, the only aim of Quality Management was the pursuit of firstly, product best selling and secondly, the satisfaction of customers. But along with the development of the market economy, the old notion had to be abandoned. The external environment challenges Quality Management of global corporation. For an enterprise, all the Quality Management work without paying attention to Quality as well as Health, Safety, and Environmental management is definitely an invalid operation. At present, the situation mentioned above has not been changed in some global enterprises. We believe that a shift from quality management to Quality Environment engineering (QEE) is the only way for global corporation to succeed. Based on the customer satisfaction concept and the actual status of contemporary enterprises, we recommend the integrated QEE (Quality Environment engineering) model with a harmonized ISO9000 quality system and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) management system for all entrepreneurs at home and abroad. In the 21st century global corporation management must be focused primarily on customer satisfaction. The global corporation must set up the integrated QEE (Quality Environment engineering) model and get ready for it if they want to succeed in the competition of the 21st century.
