We presented a new concept mobile computing device "Virtual Remote PC (VRPC)" which has a compact form factor, high performance and radio frequency(RF) communication interface. The VRPC communicates with a portable notebook PC in which a user specific environment is built and which keeps all programs and ordinarily used data. The VRPC can access these programs and data transparently via RF, and a computing environment of the notebook PC is built identically on the VRPC. A system of the VRPC and the notebook PC with RF communication realizes a seamless computing environment in anytime, anyplace.
