A Proposed Core Business Workflow Model That Interconnects Companies over the Internet

As corporations continue to introduce workflow systems, there come to be multiple different such systems--for processing of core-business tasks, for information processing, for clerical work--coexisting in the workplace. But workflows for core-business tasks constitute the central business processes of the company, and certain aspects of such workflows differ from other kinds of workflows. This paper clarifies these differences, and proposes a model of core business workflows that using Internet. In addition, the application of this models for an actual system and confirmations of its effectiveness are also reported.
