This paper introduces the structure, functions and implementing method of comprehensive decision-making support system for photovoltaic system which offers multipurpose such as data management, design, simulation, price catalogue and intelligent decision-making based on expert system principles for photovoltaic systems. Object-oriented programming technique is adopted to implement the software system whose All functions is integrated in the form of compound document through using the OLE mechanism of WINDOWS, which makes the user's interface of the software much more friendly.
