More and more, OEMs are challenged with how best to simultaneously launch products into multiple markets on multiple ocntinents. Saving what may seem small amounts of time cluring ever-decreasing product introduction cycles is the mantra of the day. Time-to-market and time-to-volume under such pressing circumstances will make or break a product.In efforts to shorten cycies, from product development through introduction. OEMs experienced in outsourcing are looking for methods to efficiently bridge their own enegineering disciplines to the resources of their Electronic Manufacturing Services providers. Regional product Introdution centers enable an OEMs' product design team to interact closely with a focused group of product developers, consisting of engineers, planners, and materials staff, as well as oprototype manufacturing specialists, which result in f=reducing time-to-market and volume.
