Development and utilization of magneto-opic converaters based on epitaxial Bi-substituted garnet films for analysis of recorded singalorams are described. Variants of garnet layers for special tasks from technological points of view are discussed. The soft-hardware system, magneto-optic image analysis tools and their applications in criminalistic phonoscopy exampinations and lost-data restoration usages are reported.
