摘要

The results about work testing of early developed bioaffinic sensor based on the photolum,inescence of porous silicon are presented. It is shown that this pisensor is suitable for cojntrl of a myoglobin level in solution. The sensitivity of such a sensor is comparable wityh the standard ELISA method but the overall time of analysis accomplished by the sensor is much shorter. Data about operational stability of bioaffinic sensor s howed that transducer together with the sensitive layer may be used for one measurement only.
