The institutional organization on dam safety in Argentina: The emergency action plan of the Comahue Region as a case study

During this decade Argentina begun a reform of its public sector which included the restructuring and privatization of the electric industry, as a consequency of all this process the hydraulic powered stations were concessioned and a substantial turnaround -which is not yet finished- started in th einstitutional organization of dam safety.
