The influences of hot-deforming on kinetics of bainite transformation,structure and properties under continuously cooling have bene studied in this paper by means of THERMECMASTOR-Z and H-800 type of TEM.The results showed that the influences of hot-deforming temperature on bainite transformation temeprature is not monotonic.There are different types of relationships between the deforming temeprature and bainite transformation temeprature,which depend on the degree of recrystallization after hot-deforming of austenite.Some gramular bainite structure has been obtained in the experiment.The size of martensite/austenite structure ecreases as well as the number of martensite/austenite blocks and its distribution is inhomogeneous with the decrease of deformaing emerpature.meanwhile.The hardness of bainite increases with the dcreasing of deformiing temperature.
