Nanoscale TiO_2 powder materials were prepared using TiCl_3 as a source matter.DTA,XRD and TEM were adopted to study the crystalline phases,streuctures and sizes of TiO_2 heat treated at various temepratures.The mechanism of phase transition was discussed.
