摘要

Basing on the enzyme activity analysis of acetylcholine-and butyrylcholinesterade, urease and glucose oxidase, we have performed investigations on the determination of heavy metal ions and phosphororganic pesticides in solutions. SInce the above enzymes have different sensitivites to pesticides and meals, a method of their detection and content determination in solutions was suggested. The pollution content was detlermined by estimation of residual activity of enzyme membranes after injection of analysed s amples. We have used EIS-sensors with siliconnitride ion-sensitive layers as transducers. It was shown that multienzyme analysis fllowed by mathermatical processing is one of the effective approaches to develop computer-controlled sensor arrays for toxic substrates.
