Russian perspectives on nuclear materials safety management methods

摘要

The necessity of developing the safe methods for management of nuclear materials is evident. However many specialists,including those holding administrative posts, are of the opinion that it is not expedient to set off theses problems as a separate area of studies. Such position is governed by the fact that the safety problem is an integral part of any technical project. However, this position takes no account of special features of methods for solving the problem under consideration, such as systematic approach, risk analysis etc.
