This paper presents a new type data transmission which can transmit Remote-Sensing data in real time style. This system include three subsystem: data compression forward error correction and modem subsystem. Carrying with this system, it can provide 4-8 compression ratio, the coding gain of FEC is more than 7dB, the modem style is 8PSK.
