Activation for water with 10.6-um laser

Abstract: The activation for the natural water with 10.6 um CO$-2$/ laser are investigated experimentally. When the water are irradiated by CO$-2$/ laser beam, vibration of the water molecules is greatly strengthened, and form the water with short molecule chain structure: 'activated water'. The activating experimental process and results are reported. The most principal observation target of activated water is investigated by comparing activated water with ordinary water. !0
