Abstract: The mathematical model of an optical system with thin Kerr slice and feedback mirror and diffraction in 2-D feedback loop described by nonlinear diffusion equation and Shroedinger type equation is studied. The existence of global attractor and finiteness of its Hausdorff dimension are proved. !9
