Abstract: Results of resonant four-photon scattering and photobleaching studies of semiconductor (CdSe) `quantum dots' in phosphate glass matrix are presented. Nonlinear susceptibility was measured by frequency nondegenerate and degenerate scattering with a various pumping power. The data are discussed with a model that use different nonlinearity mechanisms.!19
