Electromagnetic simulation tools have been getting a great deal of attention in the electronic design industry because of their accuracy, capability and flexibility. In this paper, we would like to discuss the improvement on the efficient and flexible electromagnetic simulation tool — the IE3D Electromagnetic Simulation and Optimization Package.
