Microwave applications of high-temperature superconductor devices

摘要

Three topics are reviewed for microwave application of high-temperature superconductor (HTS) devices; measurement method of surface resistance R_s of hightemperature superconductor films and bulks, phenomenological explanation of Rs by three fluid model, and microwave HTS filters of various types.
